Kinetech Cloud was hired by LMS Consulting to develop a new technology application for their customer base. The project involved the development of a supply chain application, with LMS Consulting providing the process that they wanted Kinetech to digitally enable. The Kinetech team consisted of their CEO, CTO, a senior developer, and one of the founders. The engagement started in January 2021 and is currently ongoing. The team at LMS Consulting felt that Kinetech's approach and work culture were a good fit for their company.
The Housing First Community Coalition (HFCC, Inc.) contracted Kinetech Cloud to develop a software tracking system for a new type of residential property in San Antonio. The system needed to manage property and maintenance tasks, as well as integrate other property functions such as social service residency applications, care management, medical and other support services, volunteer tracking, and security representative functions. Kinetech was chosen for their ability to develop software quickly. The team at Kinetech collaborated closely with HFCC, using Jira for User Acceptance Testing and the Mendix platform for software development. The project is nearing completion on the property management portion and will then progress to case management and maintenance before property opening.
South Texas Alliance for Orphans hired Kinetech Cloud to create an online application for their Babysitting Collaborative, make a backend that allowed prospective babysitters and foster agencies to easily access files, and increase efficiency for users and the Alliance team while protecting personal information. Kinetech was chosen for their culture fit, value for cost, and aligned company values. They streamlined a manual, time-consuming process into an online application, created a secure location for all personal information, and optimized the application for mobile use. The project also involved the creation of a packet of paperwork for both the applicant and the agencies.
