Kilogramme was hired by the South West Museum Development team to create an animated video as part of their Pest Partners project. The aim was to educate beginners on Integrated Pest Management, a topic that was crucial for preserving museum collections during the Covid-19 pandemic. It required clear, accurate, and appealing content to engage those who might be hesitant to learn about the subject. The process involved refining the draft script, brainstorming ideas, and creating a sketch version of the animation, with regular feedback and suggestions from both parties. The voice-over narrators and music was selected once the animated sketch was completed. The final product included a full version of the animation, as well as stills and short clips for publicity purposes. The team worked closely with Kilogramme representatives Claire and Jon throughout the process.
