Highlights from Recent Projects
KIAT.SG was hired by iSense, a startup dedicated to digitization services and B2B marketplace for flavors, to enable an MVP for their project. KIAT.SG was brought on board to provide UX/UI design and full stack support for the company's website and web app. They were instrumental in understanding the company's business logics and requirements, and they provided a completely custom solution at a fair price. When the initial Back End and Front End development partners failed, KIAT.SG quickly found alternate, cost-effective, and valuable partners to replace them. The team was composed of several UX designers, with the client acting as Scrum masters/requirements owners. The project was handled efficiently, even remotely, for a worldwide distributed organization.
In another project, KIAT.SG was hired by a travel company to provide UX/UI design and research. The project was divided into two parts. In the first part, KIAT.SG conducted content auditing, site auditing, and competitive benchmarking. The deliverables included a report of the findings, analysis, and recommendations, as well as the raw material of the audits. In the second part, they created designs for chosen pages based on the recommendations. They also conducted card sorting and usability testing, and based on the findings, they did iterative prototyping on a second round of designs. The project, which lasted for 8 weeks, was handled by a team of three people from KIAT.SG. The client spent $35,000 on the project, which ran from October to November 2019.
