KIAT.SG was hired by a digitization services startup, iSense, to quickly enable an MVP for their project. The company was initially looking for a UX designer and found KIAT.SG to be a perfect fit as they fully understood their business logics and requirements. KIAT.SG provided UX/UI design and full stack support, helping the company to establish user stories and UX designs. When iSense's back end and front end development partners failed, KIAT.SG stepped in to find alternate, cost-effective solutions and also served as a technical coordinator. The team's efforts proved highly effective, even managing things remotely for a worldwide distributed organization.

A travel company manager hired KIAT.SG for a two-part project. The first part involved content auditing, site auditing, and competitive benchmarking, with KIAT.SG delivering a report of the findings, analysis, and recommendations.
