Keyrus completed a BI custom development project for Lamb Insurance Services. The insurance broker company wanted to switch their Business Intelligence (BI) tool from Sisense to Tableau and needed assistance in getting some key dashboards up and running within a week. Keyrus developed custom dashboards on Tableau using the old dashboards as references, and also developed the company's main sales dashboard and its data source. Additionally, they conducted a half-day training for the sales team. The project was completed in January 2019, with an investment of $7,000.

In another project, Keyrus was hired by a financial services company for software development and cloud migration. The company wanted to migrate its on-premises datacenter resources to a secured private cloud on AWS. Keyrus was selected based on their high ratings, geographical proximity, budget-friendly pricing, and great culture fit. They successfully migrated the resources and modernized the software development stack to utilize serverless container-based services. The project was carried out by a team of 2-5 Keyrus employees.

Keyrus also provided technical consulting for a US-listed travel technology company. The company aimed to increase their software user base across the Global Finance department, upskill new and existing designer users, and build a business case for increased software licenses and server. Keyrus was the lead partner for the EMEA element of one of the company's global programs, which included over 100 participants over four months. They delivered over 12 hours of design training and use case workshops, thereby successfully achieving the project's goals.
