KEW DATA was hired by Growth Marketing Group, a digital marketing agency specialized in public relations and SEO strategies. The goal of this project was to facilitate a full General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) audit of the organization. More specifically, the responsibilities included outlining data flows, investigating data processing operations, highlighting compliance gaps, and providing a prioritized remediation roadmap. Their review was also intended to act as proof of compliance efforts, to be presented to potential clients during their due diligence reviews.

KEW DATA, a team of 2-5 associates, was chosen for their competitive pricing, excellent return on investment, and shared company values. The primary task assigned was the completion of a comprehensive GDPR compliance audit. This included Examination of data flows and whole data processing activities within the organization. The key deliverables for this project were a detailed compliance assessment, a remediation roadmap categorized by risk priority, and an exhaustive audit evidence pack. This pack was later utilized to successfully respond to a due diligence questionnaire from a client.
