Highlights from Recent Projects
Kenility was hired by a Boston-based communications software company to re-architect their MVP software product. The goal was to scale the product for an increasing number of customers and replace outdated technology. Kenility emerged as a professional option after a trial project. They designed a quick replacement for the MVP using Java, Angular, and RDS. The second phase involved moving the platform to microservices using AWS, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, and introducing ML and AI into the core platform. The team comprised of 30 members, including project managers and junior developers.
A property technology company engaged Kenility to expand their development team and increase collaboration. The company was looking for a firm in a time zone closer to the east coast and was not satisfied with the team members brought on by their previous Ukraine-based firm. Kenility was chosen based on the director's past experience with Pablo, the founder of Kenility. The scope of work involved using LUIS AI to automate lead nurturing for sales and marketing departments and building a web application with the MEAN stack. The Kenility team, consisting of approximately eight software developers, integrated well with the existing product teams.
Kenility was contracted by a garden club membership platform for food growers to rebuild their underperforming mobile app from scratch. The team at Kenility worked quickly to understand the product, the goals, and the apps similar to the client's. They spent a few weeks on the app's architecture before starting to build the app from scratch. The main goal was to create an app where new gardeners could provide and receive helpful recommendations on what to grow in their area. The first version of the MVP was delivered less than two months after development began. The project, which began in January 2022, is ongoing and has so far cost the client at least $60,000.
