Katico

Katico was hired by Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, a network of veterinary practices, to systematize their escalation and knowledge retention. The project aimed to streamline their Helpdesk and knowledge base needs. Katico was chosen based on a referral and the team assigned 2-5 employees for this project. The project was successfully completed on time, on budget, and within scope. The key deliverables included the evaluation and recommendation of Help Desk solutions, support of standing up final Help Desk tool, Knowledge Base library building, Service Center development, and daily support in maintenance and analytics.

Katico was also engaged by United Veterinary Care, a merger and acquisition network of veterinary hospitals, to streamline and improve their helpdesk support system, create cohesive workflow processes, and improve the client experience. Katico was chosen for this project based on their high ratings, great culture fit, and alignment with company values. A team of 2-5 employees was assigned to this project. The scope of work involved consultation with department leads to understand their unique requirements and challenges, and the development of standardized procedures and workflows. Katico successfully designed and implemented a unified helpdesk system that integrated various departmental needs.
