Kaleidoscope ® was engaged by a top 10 beer company in the U.S for the design of mock-ups for secondary 12 pack carriers, cans, and bottles. The vendor was selected for their demonstrated capability, effective communication, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness. The project involved multiple stages including preflight files setup and output files for digital extended gamut printing across 8 versions, setting up and outputting files for necker and crown transfers, stripping and high buffing 12 oz cans, removing production labels from supplied bottles, slitting seam and shrinking stripped and polished cans, die-cutting and applying labels and transfers to bottles, painting and deco crowns, and mounting and die-cutting secondary's. The project was conducted in collaboration with Kaleidoscope's business development associate, office administrator, and account director.
