Kaizen Softworks partnered with a Boston-based fitness company for over two years to design and build a native app. Kaizen's primary role was engineering and project management. They worked through discovery, strategy, design, build, testing, and launch to deliver an intuitive product to the client's user base of over 100,000. Kaizen was able to provide the necessary resources, including front-end, back-end, and project management, with a team size ranging between 5-10 based on the project phase.

In another project, Kaizen Softworks worked with an e-commerce company that focuses on the furniture industry. They helped the company move parts of a monolithic application to the cloud by developing microservices and assisting with frontend Angular architecture. Kaizen's team of five seamlessly integrated with the client's team, providing architecture guidance and operating within their workflows. The engagement began in January 2019 and is planned to continue into 2020.

Kaizen Softworks also collaborated with Digi International, an IoT and hardware company, to expand their development team for rolling out several mobile apps. Using React Native, Kaizen's team of 7-8 members worked on three projects that involved enabling users to set up stores and apply equipment to them. They also helped revamp the client's legacy app and developed IoT features to connect to a temperature monitor and display incidents when certain thresholds were broken. The collaboration began in January 2019 and is still ongoing.
