Kaiser IT Group

Kaiser IT Group was hired by a Dermatology Practice to manage the IT setup for their new 45,000 square foot building. Their responsibilities included all wiring, security, phones, audio, and IT consulting for the project. In addition, Kaiser also led the project team, ensuring all members stayed on task. The project started with planning well in advance of the building, with the Kaiser team involved at every stage. Weekly project meetings were held with both the internal team and the project team, which included the construction crew, architects, designers, and Kaiser. Once the building's shell was up, the team walked through the building to ensure all security measures were in place. Upon completion, the Kaiser team moved all IT equipment from the previous environment to the new building and spent the weekend ensuring that physicians could see patients by Monday morning. Five people from Kaiser IT Group were involved in this project, including the owner and four technicians each with their own areas of expertise. The Dermatology Practice praised the owner for his knowledge and availability, and appreciated the diverse expertise of the technicians. The Kaiser IT Group was chosen for this project due to its trustworthiness and long-standing service to the Dermatology Practice, providing them with network handling services for several years without trying to sell unnecessary items.
