Kaapisoft Ltd

Kaapisoft Ltd. was hired by See3D.be, a company that develops software solutions for the construction industry, to automate processes and develop SmartWorks. The team at Kaapisoft integrated Exact Online, MultiSafePay, and an internal CRM/license management system to improve integration and automation. The project was executed by 2-5 employees and was successful in setting up two-way communication between the three critical business solutions using SharePoint and MS Flow. The client found Kaapisoft through a referral and chose them for their aligned company values.

GO plc, a telecommunication company, engaged Kaapisoft Ltd. to develop and support a system for tracking work orders from planning to completion. Kaapisoft developed a system called Fixed Access Portal (FAP), which enabled users to create work orders, input bills of material and contractual work, and upload related files. The system, developed by a former employee of GO plc, was integrated with the stock system to account for material issued by contractors based on the work orders. The project is ongoing, with further enhancements planned for auditing and access control features.

Gozo Notary, a notary public office, hired Kaapisoft Ltd. to develop a web-based software application to track jobs with specific details and timelines. The software, which was developed to meet the client's need for an easy-to-use interface and simple access to required data, exceeded the client's expectations. Kaapisoft was chosen for this project because of their competitive pricing, good value for cost, and a referral. The software also had the capability to output reports of specific parts of jobs and lists of pending steps, providing the ability to grow over time.
