The software developed provided the ability to output reports of specific parts of jobs and lists of pending steps, exceeding the client's expectations.

The software development company, See3D.be, engaged Kaapisoft Ltd to automate processes and develop SmartWorks. The CEO desired integration between Exact Online, MultiSafePay, and their internal CRM/license management system. Kaapisoft Ltd was selected due to their referral and alignment with the company values. The project involved setting up two-way communication between the three critical business solutions using existing and new webhooks and SharePoint and MS Flow for information processing. The project was successfully completed with the help of 2-5 employees from Kaapisoft Ltd.

GO plc, a telecommunications company, hired Kaapisoft Ltd to develop and support a system used for tracking work orders from planning to completion. The Manager Process Quality, Reporting and Systems of GO plc found Kaapisoft Ltd through a previous employment connection and chose them for their good value for cost. The project involved the development of a system called Fixed Access Portal (FAP) that allowed users to create work orders, input bills of material and contractual work, and upload related files. The system transitioned work orders from planner to contractor to supervisor, allowing contractors to be paid for completed work. The system was integrated with the stock system for accounting purposes and is currently being developed further to include a better auditing system and more access control features.
