K-Studio

K-Studio was hired by New Age Surfaces to create 3D visualizations of bathrooms showcasing their high-end surfaces. The client desired realistic digital bathrooms that were both beautiful and representative of mid-to-upper income class homes. K-Studio was selected through Upwork and delivered a new bathroom design every few weeks, each with unique features to distinguish it from the rest. The design work was primarily handled by Halina, providing the client with a single point of contact. The client was impressed with the originality and beauty of each design.

For a private project, K-Studio was hired to assist in the design of a house, which involved restoring a 150-year-old wooden house and building a new part adjacent to it. The goal was to provide a clear understanding of the finished product to avoid rework and ensure all contractors had a clear view of the endgame. K-Studio was selected from a shortlist of three vendors based on several criteria including responsiveness, accuracy, creativity, and practicality. Halina Kucheriavi was the primary contact throughout the project, occasionally assisted by a colleague. The client was satisfied with the final outcome.

Malenka Pekarnia, a franchising company, hired K-Studio to create interior design projects for franchise bakeries. The project involved detailed space planning, CAD drawing, and 3D visualization of the bakery, which was complex due to the small interior and many requirements for equipment placement, HVAC requirements, and other details. K-Studio was selected based on their close geographic location, budget-friendly pricing, and a referral. The team size was between 2-5 employees. The client required a set of drawings for renovation and custom furniture production, as well as detailed 3D visualization of the bakery. The client was satisfied with the deliverables provided by K-Studio.
