The process involved providing a general scope for estimate generation, a script for storyboarding and concept creation, and then moving into production once approvals were given. Feedback was facilitated via a preview link, which allowed for comments at specific points in the video.

NextAfter, a fundraising research lab, enlisted the help of Just Add Video to create promotional materials for their Nonprofit Innovation & Optimization Summit. The project involved creating a series of videos inspired by characters from the film Willy Wonka to highlight common pitfalls faced by fundraisers and nonprofit marketers. Just Add Video was instrumental in bringing this vision to life, providing services such as storyboarding, script consulting, filming, directing, graphics, and animation. They also handled video production for the live event. Feedback was minimal due to the high trust placed in Just Add Video's quality of work.
