Over a 25-year partnership, the agency managed various aspects of Subway's marketing, including radio, billboards, coupons, and traditional TV. They also helped with digital videos, displays, and cash register systems. Subway's development agent worked personally with JStokes' team on a weekly basis, investing around $25 million over the course of the engagement. The collaboration ended in 2019 when Subway decided to change their provider to a smaller group.
For two different banks, JStokes Agency was brought on board to fine-tune brand messaging and strategy. They were tasked with designing an annual report, reinforcing brand imagery and messaging, and simplifying complex product descriptions for medium-size businesses.
