The owner of De Rohan Luxury required a free online storage platform where users could store pictures and messages, essentially functioning as an online diary. Joykal Infotech provided a solution that allowed the client to either start with a brand-new website or use a pre-existing script. The client chose to use the script, and Joykal Infotech adjusted their original price based on the features the client wanted. Throughout the project, the client communicated with one person from Joykal Infotech. The client discovered Joykal Infotech through a freelancer site, PeoplePerHour, and was impressed by their proactive approach of installing the script on their server for testing. The project started in April 2018, and the client has been satisfied with the results.
