Journi was engaged by My Trauma Therapy to provide IT strategy and consultancy services, including a thorough audit of the current technical status of the company's novel product, an application. Journi performed a gap analysis assessment and provided a fractional CTO consultancy service, conducting architecture and code reviews of the app's development. This helped to identify the status of the novel software and prepare the company for the investment round. The project was completed successfully between December 2023 and April 2024, with an investment of approximately $31,000–$63,000.

In another project, Journi was hired by an online energy comparison supplier to build a bespoke CRM. The company had been using a COTS product, which was limiting in functionality and not meeting specific business requirements. Journi developed a CRM designed to match the exact business requirements and optimize business processes. The application, built with NestJS and NextJS and deployed on the Azure platform, was also architected to perform as a SaaS product. The project was completed successfully with 2-5 employees from Journi assigned to it.

For Waterscan Ltd, Journi was tasked with developing and launching a bespoke enterprise application. The application was built on several modules, all interacting with each other to deliver different services to the business and customers. Five key deliverables were required for a successful launch, some of which were completed but still required further work to ensure they were operationally fit for purpose. Journi took over the project, ensuring each deliverable interlinked and was required for the platform to function. This required Journi to have a deep understanding of the business, which they successfully demonstrated. Six to ten employees from Journi were assigned to this project.
