JLOOP was hired by a corporate finance SaaS service for code review, support services, marketing website, and branding work. The projects were managed with their own scope and included brand and logo development, marketing website, and support for the company's product launch. A team of seven, including the owner, project manager, database developer, code support, creative designer, third-party app specialist, and CSS specialist, worked on the projects. The client selected JLOOP based on personal relationships and was satisfied with the flexibility of the scope and deliverables.

JLOOP worked with a yogurt company on web development and email marketing. They developed the initial website, a custom application, and later revamped the website's homepage to be ADA compliant. They also created additional sites, including a franchising website and a landing page, and updated the homepage monthly to reflect new campaigns and offers. JLOOP also assisted with HTML coding for email marketing campaigns, managed the setup and integration of the company's gift card and loyalty program, and provided Google Analytics and tracking services. The partnership, which began in 2015, is ongoing and the company has invested about $500,000 in it.

A beauty business based in South East Asia hired JLOOP to design a unique POS system built around a proprietary “queue system” which allowed customers to queue through an app for their beauty services. JLOOP designed the user experience for the web and an iPad kiosk application, architected and built a custom software platform which included web-based management and customer-facing tools for mobile and tablet. The key deliverables were a complete software platform with web-based management, database, integrations with 3rd party systems, and custom reporting modules. The client was pleased with the collaborative process and the team's ability to work remotely and deal with unique cultural and technical challenges.
