The apparel retailer UNTUCKit commissioned JIBE to develop an ecommerce solution that provides for hassle-free corporate program wholesale supports. The assigned objectives were clear; to create a Shopify platform where authorized managers can order outfits for their respective teams. Maintaining a controlled and branded environment, JIBE was enlisted due to their reasonable pricing, previous successful referral, and aligned company values.

Outfitting UNTUCKit's Shopify B2B storefront was the main focus of the engagement. This included a corporate ordering portal, manager access, and store-level accounts. Lists of pre-approved apparels per program were made available in a user-friendly setup, making it easier for managers to place consolidated orders using a 100% discount code. This solution is designed so that no employee payment is required at checkout, thereby reducing complexity and training requirements.

To ensure that UNTUCKit's system operates effectively, JIBE implemented quantity control and oversight mechanisms. Criteria are put in place to analyze approved quantities per employee, with optional order thresholds based on store size. These guardrails help identify unusually large or noncompliant orders, allowing for administrative review and intervention when necessary. Efficient shipment and return strategies, combined with advanced reporting and analytics, have improved visibility into UNTUCKit's inventory, usage, and remaining program needs significantly.
