The office manager of the radio station expressed that Jhoana was essentially the voice of the radio, recording content that identified the station. For the children's program, Jhoana was responsible for all writing, voice work, and additional content. Initially, she performed live at the station, but now records from home. The partnership, which began in September 2016, has seen the radio station invest approximately $12,600 in Jhoana's services, equating to around $300 per children’s program. The collaboration is still ongoing and has been successful so far.

In another project, Jhoana Nichols Voice Actor was hired to provide voice-over services for two different programs for a radio station. The station was looking for a friendly, warm voice for one program, and a seductive voice for another, both of which Jhoana was able to deliver. Jhoana had previously worked with the radio station, and her ability to adapt her voice to the requirements of the project earned her the trust of the team. The radio station's staff, including the Radio Director and the Production Manager, were involved in the project. The process involved the station sending Jhoana scripts to record, and her sending back the recorded audios. The project was successful and the station was pleased with Jhoana's work.
