Jessica Jones

Jessica Jones was hired by The Hamlin School in San Francisco, an all-girls independent K-8 school, to redesign their Athletics logo. The school wanted to replace the previous logo, featuring a male lion, with a strong, bold, female lioness as a symbol of their commitment to fostering strong female leaders. Jessica Jones was chosen as the design firm for the project due to her enthusiasm, understanding of the school's vision, and relevant work examples. After an initial discovery phase and phone consultation, Jessica presented two design options, one of which was chosen and refined over several weeks. The client was impressed by Jessica's communication skills, attention to feedback, and the final comprehensive design package she provided.

In another project, Jessica Jones was engaged by Chromatic, a digital agency specializing in programming and web design, to revamp their stale branding. Jessica helped Chromatic to re-establish their brand identity by creating a new logo, color palette, company values, and brand guidelines. The aim was to portray the company as experts and craftspeople in their field. Jessica used Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to create the designs, which were delivered in PDF and source formats. The client praised Jessica Jones for her alignment with their culture and budget, and the project was completed between October and December of 2021.
