Jd&Co. Creative was engaged by a hotel investment and operation company to lead a comprehensive rebranding project for the 33 Hotel NYC Seaport. The project, which ran from July 2024 to March 2025, involved developing a brand strategy, logo, and over 30 applications to enhance the hotel's identity and guest experience. The Jd&Co. Creative team, which consisted of 2-5 members, began by assessing the hotel's history, guest profile, competitive landscape, and targeted positioning. Using these insights, they developed a renewed brand strategy that defined the hotel's core values, personality, tone of voice, and experiential direction. They also created a new identity system, including a logo, typography, color palette, graphic language, iconography, and photographic style. This system was applied across more than 30 touchpoints, such as in-room and lobby collateral, packaging, environmental graphics, signage, digital assets, and guest materials. The team provided design, art direction, production oversight, and vendor coordination to ensure consistency, effectively translating the refreshed values into a cohesive visual and service expression.
