Jd&Co. Creative was engaged by a hotel investment and operation company to lead a full rebranding of their property, 33 Hotel NYC Seaport. The rebranding process began with a thorough assessment of the hotel's history, guest profile, competitive landscape, and targeted positioning. Based on these insights, Jd&Co. Creative developed a renewed brand strategy, defining the hotel's core values, personality, tone of voice, and experiential direction. They designed a new identity system, inclusive of a logo, typography, color palette, graphic language, iconography, and photographic style. This system was extended across more than 30 touchpoints, including in-room and lobby collateral, packaging, environmental graphics, signage direction, digital assets, and guest materials. Jd&Co. Creative also provided design, art direction, production oversight, and vendor coordination to ensure consistency, effectively translating the refreshed values into a cohesive visual and service expression. The project which started in July 2024 was completed in March 2025. The senior VP of the hotel company praised Jd&Co. Creative for their culture fit and alignment with the company's values.
