JAYID

JAYID was hired by MagicalTrip, a travel service providing unique local tours in Japan and Thailand, to increase their brand awareness and trust among potential customers and local guides. Despite offering a unique product, the service was yet to be well-known both in Japan and internationally. JAYID was selected based on their capability to communicate with influential media in Japan, their ability to build international media relations, their strong business understanding, their track record with major corporations, and their friendly and supportive attitude. The scope of their work involved developing and implementing PR strategies both domestically and internationally. This included designing thematic information for dissemination, providing media communication support, and assisting in handling interviews. The project was managed by a highly experienced professional who had previously worked in a large global company and had excellent English skills, which was beneficial for the Japan-based business with multinational members.
