Jaybyte Technology was hired by Om Enterprises, a credit recovery firm, to develop a custom CRM system. The objective was to streamline customer data, manage leads, and simplify the internal sales process. Jaybyte Technology was chosen based on their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and quality work. The project team consisted of 2-5 employees who were responsible for the entire development process from planning to final deployment. They designed and developed a CRM dashboard, lead and customer management modules, sales pipeline tracking, and reporting features. Task automation, status updates, and notifications were implemented to reduce manual follow-ups. The CRM system was integrated with existing tools such as email and web forms to ensure smooth data flow. Key deliverables included a fully functional web-based CRM platform, customized dashboards, automation workflows, user role management, reporting and analytics features, and post-launch support. The end product was a comprehensive solution tailored to the business processes of Om Enterprises, ready for daily use by their team.
