Jarvis Trends was hired by Shree Rama Newsprint Limited (SRNL), one of India's leading manufacturers of recycled paper, to develop, design, and maintain their new company web platform. The goal was to launch the initial version of the site within three months, with updates and additional functionalities to be added in the following months. After discussing their requirements with multiple vendors, SRNL found Jarvis Trends' approach to be the most suitable. The CEO of SRNL made the final decision to hire Jarvis Trends, impressed by their generative ideas and understanding of the company's specific needs. The project was carried out in four major phases: initiation, planning, implementation, and closure, all of which were handled effectively by the Jarvis team.
