Japeto was commissioned by Central London Community Healthcare to create a sexual health chatbot for their two services. The chatbots were designed to provide generic sexual health advice and to answer service-specific queries. The chatbots were integrated as widgets on each sexual health website. Japeto was selected for this project due to their competitive pricing and their ability to develop chatbots based on an existing sexual health bot. The team also provided regular reporting, including raw data and analytics, and continued development work based on this data. The project was successfully completed by a team of 2-5 employees from Japeto.
