J Cut Edit was engaged by HAM Films, a science communication platform, to provide end-to-end support for a significant international project. The company's director, Joe, was initially hired as an assistant producer but his exceptional skills led him to assume the roles of director of photography, film director, and producer. He proved to be instrumental during post-production, offering editing, sound design, and problem-solving services. The collaboration, which began in June 2019, was highly beneficial for HAM Films, leading them to work with Joe on most of their subsequent projects.

In another project, J Cut Edit collaborated with Flying Object, a creative agency, to produce a video for a 2019 cancer research charity campaign. Given the client's nonprofit status and the agency's heavy workload, they needed cost-effective, high-quality video production. J Cut Edit was responsible for producing one of the three campaign videos, which involved a make-up artist designing a custom piece of body art for a mastectomy patient. The project, which ran from August to September 2019, was completed in a time and cost-efficient manner, with Joe incorporating feedback from the client into the final video.

J Cut Edit also provided post-production editing for JAM Flicks, a film production company, for a project involving a five-day shoot for Volvo at five different locations. Given the extensive post-production phase and tight deadline, JAM Flicks sought J Cut Edit's assistance with editing. Joe acted as the digital ingest technician on set, handling the offloading and wrangling of footage. The project, executed in May 2019, was successfully completed with Joe's expert assistance.
