J Cut Edit provided end-to-end video production support for HAM Films, a science communication platform. HAM Films required assistance with a large production job for an international client. Joe, the Director and Editor at J Cut Edit, was brought on board to assist with the project. He proved to be so effective that he was promoted to director of photography and ended up directing and producing the film. His skills proved invaluable during post-production, where he also acted as an editor, sound designer, and film grader. The project, which began in June 2019, has seen an investment of approximately $6,500 USD.

In another project, J Cut Edit produced a charity campaign video for Flying Object, a creative agency. The client required a series of videos for a 2019 cancer research charity campaign. J Cut Edit was able to deliver an excellent video within a limited budget. The video centered around a makeup artist creating a custom piece of body art for a woman who had undergone a mastectomy. J Cut Edit handled the entire production process, from setting up the shoot to post-production. The project, which ran from August to September 2019, cost about $4,000-$5,300 USD.

J Cut Edit also provided post-production editing for JAM Flicks, a film production company. JAM Flicks required editing assistance for a five-day shoot for Volvo at five different locations. Joe from J Cut Edit acted as the digital ingest technician on set to offload and manage the footage. The project, which took place in May 2019, saw an investment of approximately $6,600 USD.
