Izardis was hired by MÁNYA, a food production and packaging company, for a project to automate many of their manual administrative workflows. The overarching objective was to free up staff capacity for more critical tasks and double production over a 12-month period. Other key goals included integrating AI to aid in data analysis, anomaly detection, and the preparation of business reports, and to establish a single reliable source of data to facilitate strategic decision-making processes within the company. Izardis was chosen due to its proximate location, a direct referral, and good alignment of company values.

The Izardis team embarked on constructing a web platform that was hosted on the client's servers. This platform helped MÁNYA drastically lessen the burden of manual data entries, especially for recurring documents like invoices, which are now automatically read and documented by the AI system. Moreover, the platform also maintains a record of production operations, from raw material intake to batch-level packaging. It additionally provides facilities for metrology and pest monitoring, and offers robust energy management tools. Finally, the system has been designed to pull data from various sources to provide comprehensive dashboards that are role-specific, which improves efficiency.

As a result of this collaboration with Izardis, MÁNYA has realized considerable improvements in its operational efficiency. Additionally, the new AI systems ensure that no AI-produced data enters the records without manual confirmation. The system's proactive features, such as flagging unusual consumption patterns and alerting for upcoming instrument calibrations, deliver added value. The improvements have had a significant impact on MÁNYA's day-to-day operations which benefit from the use of an efficient data management platform.
