The project involved a team of four, including a project manager, two developers, and a software tester. The software significantly automated the work, eliminating all errors, and was delivered in stages, following an initial workshop that outlined the expected results.

For BEN Energy, a company developing analytics software for utilities, ITSG Global was contracted to help move their platform to a new frontend technology and later expand to include app development. ITSG Global ensured that BEN Energy's web platform could coexist with the new frontend technology and their internally implemented core features. They also helped to develop a cross-platform mobile application, building the frontend from the backend system that BEN Energy had already created. The engagement lasted from January 2015 to June 2019, with an investment of approximately $204,000 USD.

A hospitality and leisure company in the travel industry hired ITSG Global to deliver the first version of auto-generated attractive trip plans using Generative AI. ITSG Global was chosen based on their high ratings, geographic proximity, cultural fit, and good value for cost. They successfully delivered the first version of the trip planner, which was based on Generative AI and Google maps. The solution was ready for production, complete with manual and automated testing, monitoring, and CD pipelines.
