ITPS ONE

ITPS ONE was contracted by Tremco Inc. through Fujitsu to provide comprehensive consulting services for their operations in Latin America. The firm offered a range of services, including advice on costing, purchasing, maintenance, controlling, and supply chain. They worked with a team of 17-18 consultants from ITPS ONE. The engagement, which started in January 2020, saw an investment of approximately $4-$5 million and is still ongoing. Tremco Inc. does not deal directly with ITPS ONE but through Fujitsu, who also recommended them for the project.

ITPS ONE was hired by Fujitsu Consulting for system integration, specifically for global SAP S/4 HANA implementations in Latin America. The selection of ITPS ONE was based on the long-term relationship and their consistent delivery of top-quality consultancy and project work. The project entailed rolling out the Global SAP S/4 HANA template and the appropriate localizations to various Latin American countries, a task undertaken by over ten resources from ITPS ONE, including project managers and functional and technical consultants. ITPS ONE's vast knowledge and experience were noted as crucial in the successful execution of the project.
