Highlights from Recent Projects
Iterative Engineering was hired by Healthy, a telemedicine website for the Polish market, to develop their platform. The company had previously been dissatisfied with another software house and sought Iterative Engineering for a better solution. The team, led by CEO Krzystof, developed the front and backend of the platform, working on UX/UI design, and implementing various functionalities such as a search function for specialist profiles, calendars, video consultation, a recommendation system, payment capabilities, and reminders of upcoming consultations. The development began in December 2019 and was completed in January 2021, costing $51,000. The team continues to provide support on an as-needed basis.
Iterative Engineering was contracted by a Travel Agency to design and develop a mobile application to automate the sales process of holiday trips. The goal of the project was to fully digitalize the sales process, improve performance and design UI/UX, present accurate and current offers from their portfolio in the app, and increase sales. The mobile app, developed for both iOS and Android, provides users access to a database of all tours operated by major travel providers. The entire process from finding a trip to purchasing it is fully digitized. The project was completed in an agile development effort, starting with two design sprints and then transitioning into iterative development.
Xodus, a global energy consultancy, hired Iterative Engineering to develop a web-based benchmarking tool with GIS functionality. The company needed external support due to constraints within their internal team. The project involved a series of workshops to define the scope of work and ensure alignment on the minimum viable product and final vision. The team from Iterative Engineering, which included the CEO, the technical director, and a developer, created vision documents, wireframes of the platform, and mock-ups of the tool. The key factors in selecting Iterative Engineering were their clear understanding of the scope and their capability and knowledge.
