Iterative Engineering was hired by Healthy, a telemedicine website for the Polish market, to revamp their platform after dissatisfaction with a previous software house. The team at Iterative Engineering consulted with the client, developed the ideas and user flow, and handled the UX/UI design, frontend and backend development. The web-based platform, integrated into the client's website, enables medical specialists and patients to connect. It features a search function for specialist profiles, calendars, video consultations, a recommendation system post-consultation, payment capabilities, and reminders for upcoming consultations. The project, which began in December 2019, was completed by January 2021, with a total investment of $51,000. Iterative Engineering continues to provide support as needed.

Iterative Engineering designed and developed a mobile application for a Polish travel agency aiming to automate their sales process. The client sought to fully digitize the sales process of holiday trips, improve performance and design UI/UX, present accurate and current offers from their portfolio in the app, and increase sales. The mobile app, compatible with both iOS and Android, gives users access to a database of all tours operated by major travel providers, allows users to search for attractive offers, and book and purchase selected offers. The entire process is fully digitized, running smoothly without the need for consultants. The client was in constant contact and collaboration with the Iterative Engineering team throughout the project.

Xodus, a global energy consultancy, hired Iterative Engineering to develop a software tool to benchmark carbon due to constraints within their internal team. Iterative Engineering was recommended by an external consultant and was selected for their clear understanding of the scope and their capability and knowledge. The project involved developing a web-based benchmarking tool with GIS functionality. Iterative Engineering proposed a number of workshops to better define the scope of work and ensure alignment on the minimum viable product and final vision. These workshops resulted in the creation of vision documents, wireframes of the platform, and mock-ups of the tool. The vendor's team included the CEO, who served as project manager, the technical director, and a developer.
