Itera was engaged by a Norwegian media group to improve their invoicing process. The media group was experiencing issues with their existing system, including frequent errors and a lack of visibility. Itera, already known to the media group for their good reputation, was tasked with solving these issues. They assigned two to three people to work on the project over the course of a year and a half. The project involved several iterations, including the delivery of a tested version of a new integration platform. The media group was pleased with the results and chose to have Itera integrate the platform with their existing ERP system.

Íslandsbanki, a software company, hired Itera to conduct automated testing on their web solutions. The company lacked the internal knowledge to carry out this task and selected Itera based on a positive recommendation from a former employee. Itera provided a team of nearly 40 people, including a project manager, team lead, testers, and developers. The engagement, which started in September 2016, is ongoing and has been successful so far.

Itera was contracted by a commercial and private insurance company to help with their software testing. The insurance company wanted to improve their system's functionalities and relieve their business staff of testing responsibilities. Itera set up a test team and structured the company's test system and methodology. The projects were divided into sprints, and packages were tested multiple times before release dates. The engagement, which began in December 2014, is currently on hold. The insurance company had positive feedback about Itera's work.
