ITELLIGENTIX was hired by Dexon Dispatch LLC, a company providing dispatch services for US-based carriers, with the goal of optimizing their work process. Through a referral, the owner of Dexon Dispatch found ITELLIGENTIX to be a good value for cost. A team of 2-5 ITELLIGENTIX employees developed a custom software solution for Dexon Dispatch, creating a comprehensive transport management system. This system included a Dispatch Management System with job scheduling, real-time updates and tracking, and automated notifications for dispatchers and drivers. A Customer Portal was also developed, allowing clients to schedule services and track job status. In addition, an Admin Dashboard was created for easy management of users, drivers, and jobs, providing detailed reports on driver performance, job completion, and dispatch efficiency, as well as analytics and financial insights.
