A team of 25 members from ITELENCE was assigned to this project. They were responsible for managing a central call center for IT support, providing multi-lingual, multi-time zone coverage across Europe and the U.S. In addition, they handled various accounting processes including accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, internal audit, and month-end closing process.
