ITECS embarked on the task of amplifying the cybersecurity measures for First Choice Containers. Key goals included augmenting network reliability and deploying infrastructure assessments in the establishment of cybersecurity controls. A backup and disaster recovery plan was detailed and put in forth for corporate data, allowing the in-house team to redirect their energies elsewhere. The collaboration commencement began with a comprehensively executed IT systems assessment, which evolved into the establishment of a robust network populated with stringent security controls. Through constant monitoring, patching, endpoint security, and managing the network, ITECS effectively manages this company's IT duties in an ongoing capacity.

ITECS was also involved in a project with Pegasus Foods Inc., where their task was to set up technical systems and services to facilitate the business operations of the food manufacturing company. The scope of the involvement comprised an upgrade of servers, databases, and the overall platform to current versions in compliance with industry standards. ITECS also handled the cloud hosting platform and the operating system upgrade for servers. Collaborations spanned April to July 2025, where they successfully delivered an operating system upgrade, SQL version upgrade, and effective handling of system resources.

These projects illustrate ITECS’s competence in providing IT Services across various industries. Both First Choice Containers and Pegasus Foods expressed high satisfaction with the competency and professionalism exhibited by the ITECS team.
