ITE YONIK SERVICES® was hired by an EdTech company with the aim to upgrade the technical skills of its employees to meet current industry standards, improve overall productivity by providing practical, hands-on training, and equip teams with the latest tools and knowledge to handle real-world challenges. They were selected for their great cultural fit and a single team member was assigned to the project. The scope of work entailed designing, delivering, and supporting training programs that align with the company's goals and workforce requirements. The key deliverables included a training needs assessment, interactive learning sessions, provision of learning materials and resources, and assessment and feedback.
