ITBees

ITBees was hired by Bruno spolka z o.o., a custom-made furniture manufacturer, to develop a business application. The application was designed to streamline the process of accepting furniture forms, scanning, and preparing for the drilling process with the Vitapoint CNC machine. ITBees was chosen based on a pre-existing relationship and trust. The project was initiated with a list of application requirements which were transformed into a specification by ITBees's business analyst. Tasks were then created in the JIRA application and the development process started. The team used Microsoft C # and WPF technology to create the application due to the requirements of the CNC machine which operates under Windows. The ITBees team included a project manager and two developers who maintained regular contact and one developer who integrated the software with the machine on-site.

The collaboration between ITBees and Bruno spolka z o.o. resulted in a successful application that facilitated the furniture manufacturing process. The client was satisfied with the work of ITBees, stating that the project was completed correctly and on time. The client appreciated the regular updates and demos of the working application after each sprint. The application met all the requirements and was effectively integrated with the CNC machine.
