The system was completed within 6-9 months, with user acceptance tests finishing around nine months into the project. IT Touch was hired by an IT company to deliver software development and support services to crucial customers across various industries, primarily in the financial sector. The most significant project involved providing development services for a prominent bank in Poland, where IT Touch developed software used by the bank to generate financial reports. The project, which had three stages, was completed within the timeline defined by the bank. IT Touch was selected through a tender process to implement a support system for a Polish telecommunications company with over 2,000 employees. The goal of the project was to simplify the bidding and sales process in the B2C customer segment and transition these processes from an old legacy system to light web applications. IT Touch supported the company in specifying the requirements, advised in the selection of technology, and completed the full implementation, including the integration of external systems, building the system API, and comprehensive testing.
