IT Touch

IT Touch successfully completed a support system implementation for a telecommunications company in Poland. The company hired IT Touch to simplify the bidding and sales process in the B2C customer segment, moving these processes from an old legacy system to light web applications. IT Touch was selected through a tender process and provided full support from specifying the requirements to the full implementation of the project. The team consisted of 6-8 people, most of whom worked remotely using the waterfall methodology. The project was completed from scratch, including integration of external systems, building the system API, and comprehensive testing.

In another project, IT Touch developed custom software for TVN, one of the biggest Polish television companies. The project started in 2015 with the goal of creating a new system for creating purchase orders and invoices. The system was built within 6-9 months and is still live today. The company also worked with IT Touch on another project to change their integration bus from Microsoft BizTalk server solution to a more flexible solution. The project has been progressing slowly for two years, with 50 interfaces migrated so far and another 35 to go. IT Touch's team worked remotely using a waterfall model, and their project managers were praised for their strong technical backgrounds and programming skills.

IT Touch also worked with an IT company to develop financial software for a prominent bank in Poland. The software was used by the bank to generate financial reports and had to be completed within a strict timeline defined by the bank. IT Touch was chosen as a subcontractor for this project based on a previous successful collaboration. The project, which had three stages, lasted from January 2020 to January 2021 and was valued at $250,000. The total turnover with IT Touch for this company has been around $350,000.
