IT SQUAD

IT SQUAD completed a custom software development project for Marketing Online, a digital marketing company. The project involved gathering and structuring requirements, formulating technological assumptions, planning a schedule of activities, and providing a detailed budget estimation. IT SQUAD organized several business workshops, optimized the internal Back Office module, enhanced the user experience for end-users, and refined the Estimator module. They also worked closely with the UX/UI team to develop a new system layout and held technical workshops to assess the existing solution architecture. The project was successful, and the development roadmap was tailored to seamlessly align with the objectives of Marketing Online.

For the insurance company ERGO Hestia, IT SQUAD was tasked with creating a pricing model for IT systems and infrastructure, implementing a Proof of Concept (PoC) for the ServiceNow platform, and enhancing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The team developed a pricing model that calculated team size and pricing based on key input parameters. They demonstrated the potential of the ServiceNow platform by implementing five key IT processes and conducted a detailed assessment of existing IT processes. They identified vulnerabilities and formulated a robust roadmap to address and rectify issues, resulting in improved Change Management and Release Management processes.

IT SQUAD provided app migration and UX/UI design services for an IT services company. The project involved migrating an existing legacy Java application for test automation to a modern web technology stack based on Angular. IT SQUAD supported the client in preparing the architecture, scope analysis, and defining the first sprint. They conducted an in-depth analysis of the current application and devised a target architecture for the application. They also prepared a comprehensive transition plan, defined the project scope, and provided continuous support in business analysis. The application's new version is more intuitive and user-friendly, enhancing the overall user experience. The project was a success, with IT SQUAD's support across architecture, analysis, development, and design aspects significantly contributing to the project's success.
