IT-SEEKERS

IT-SEEKERS successfully completed a CRM and ERP integration project for a Mexican Business Group. The company was hired to provide a solution for the group's internal customer who needed their CRM integrated with SAP ByD. The ITS Director of Operations and three SAP consultants worked closely with the client to ensure all processes were carried out in a specialized tool for the construction of sustainable real estate developments. The final financial information was successfully integrated into SAP ByD, demonstrating IT-SEEKERS' expertise in integrating solutions with SAP ByD.

In another project, IT-SEEKERS was hired by a nutritional supplements company for custom software development and talent acquisition. The team of 2-5 employees developed an EVO service for the client's Call Center department. This service allowed sales agents to input orders into the system without managing sensitive data, using an automatically generated payment link that could be sent to the distributor via email or WhatsApp. The project was successful and met the client's requirements, reflecting IT-SEEKERS' ability to offer good value for cost.

IT-SEEKERS also provided IT staff augmentation for Audible Magic, a company offering copyright verification tools for music and videos. The goal was to increase system support coverage for engineering development, reduce the risk of losing application knowledge, and provide team members within the office hours. IT-SEEKERS assigned 2-5 employees to the project who worked efficiently on tasks such as Java-based software applications and components development, Oracle Database interaction using PL/SQL, and maintaining tools and services using Shell and Bash scripting. The project was successful, demonstrating IT-SEEKERS' ability to provide high-quality IT staff augmentation services.
