IT Risk Managers

IT Risk Managers were hired by Öhlins Racing AB, a company specializing in automotive, motorcycle, and motorsport suspension systems, to enhance their IT support and ensure system availability. The IT Risk Managers team conducted a comprehensive assessment of the existing IT infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities and areas for improvement. They were selected for their affordable pricing, cultural fit, and good value for cost. The project involved 45 team members and resulted in an improved, efficient, and reliable IT infrastructure for Öhlins Racing AB.

In another project, IT Risk Managers provided managed IT services to a printing firm experiencing issues with their previous IT provider. The team was responsible for ensuring the firm's servers were always up and running, providing virus scan software for PCs, and maintaining backup servers at several locations. The client primarily worked with one point of contact from IT Risk Managers and was pleased with their confidence, methodical approach, prompt response time, and reasonable cost.

For the third project, IT Risk Managers were hired by an industrial, commercial and multi-builder firm for ongoing technical support across a range of projects. The team helped with multiple large implementations, including the installation and configuration of new routers, managing new email implementations, building a Citrix farm and transferring the network to the Cisco Meraki cloud. They also provided security solutions like firewalls, vulnerability testing, and network health checks.
