IT Brains was hired by AEY, a digital platform studio which identifies niche opportunities to develop their respective products, communities, and infrastructure. The company's goal was to transform an existing platform into a custom web application, ensuring a seamless migration of users, data, and workflows. These tasks were delegated to a team of 2-5 IT Brains employees. Adding to the complexity, the company required a marketplace with user accounts, chat, payment system, admin tools, and content access, all available for future maintenance and development.

This included managing specific details like user roles, subscription processes, in-platform chat, marketplace interactions, security measures, and continuous after-launch debugging and feature development.
