ISOutsource

ISOutsource was hired by Presage Biosciences, a biotech medical device company, to design and build their IT infrastructure and provide daily IT support. The ISOutsource team, consisting of 2-5 employees, successfully delivered a server and fileshare infrastructure suited for large data. They also implemented cloud computing and backup solutions. The client chose ISOutsource due to their proximity, budget-friendly pricing, and value for cost. The project was completed to the client's satisfaction.

In another project, ISOutsource was hired by Total Benefit Solutions, an insurance third party administrator and general agent, to assist with governance, risk, and compliance. The ISOutsource team, consisting of one employee, assisted the client with their annual compliance project, which included annual vendor audits, policy and process reviews, risk management, incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery testing, penetration tests, and self-assessment. The client was already using ISOutsource for IT services and was satisfied with the results of the project.

ISOutsource was also hired by a social enterprise nonprofit organization to provide managed IT services and phone system support. The scope of their involvement included desktop support, special projects, security monitoring, policy writing, employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, and more through weekly onsite visits and daily remote support. The team included support techs, system engineers, senior system engineers, rapid response engineers, solutions architects, and a principal consultant. The engagement is ongoing and the client is satisfied with the services provided by ISOutsource.
