ISITLab was hired by a web and CRM development company to customize their CRM system and personalize their webpage. The decision to work with ISITLab was based on a referral. The project, led by two members from the ISITLab team, involved developing a new CRM system. The results were satisfactory, with the client expressing contentment with the new CRM system and personalized webpage.
In another project, ISITLab was contracted by Oskar Ex Inc, a U.S. based transportation company. The company was struggling with an outdated document management system and inefficient inter-departmental interaction. ISITLab was chosen based on positive referrals from colleagues. The project involved a detailed research phase, solution design phase, and development phase. Technologies utilized included VueJS, Laravel, PHP, jQuery, AWS, and Docker. Following the development, extensive testing was conducted to prepare the system for integration into the production environment. The ISITLab team, consisting of a project manager, a front-end developer, three back-end developers, a devops, and a designer, is currently providing support and maintenance for the system. The client has expressed satisfaction with the revamped system and improved efficiency.
