ISD was hired by Inther, a software solutions company for mechanized warehouses and distribution centers, during a period of acute personnel shortage. ISD was selected for their balanced approach and cultural compatibility. Inther's goal was to find a team that could independently handle software development projects, while also functioning as an extension of their in-house team. ISD took over a significant portion of Inther's software tasks, providing R&D support and handling parts or entire customer projects. ISD proved to be a dedicated and reliable partner, which led to an ongoing and expanding cooperation between the two companies.
In another project, ISD was selected by the CEO of Inther Group, a company specializing in the robotization of intralogistics processes in large distribution centers. The objective was to develop software, provide PLC engineering, and offer servicing. ISD was chosen for their cost-effectiveness and was discovered through a referral. Six to ten ISD employees were assigned to this project, working in collaboration with Inther Group's development teams.
