The project, which began in November 2016, was managed by a product manager from Ironbit, with support from a team of quality programmers. The cost of the customization was approximately $47,000, with additional investment for ongoing maintenance and improvements. As of now, the platform is 95% complete and has been operational since April. Rheem is currently working with Ironbit on further improvements and expansion of the platform.
