IRIDIAN was hired by a pet care company, specializing in natural products for dogs and cats, to collect and analyze ecommerce data. The CEO of the pet care company, who had heard about IRIDIAN through a personal contact, was impressed with the results that IRIDIAN had provided for other companies. IRIDIAN's task was to extract sales data not only from the last 12 months but also from the past five years, from various online retailers and the company's own website. This massive amount of data was then analyzed and presented in an easily understandable format with graphics and recommendations. Throughout the project, the pet care company communicated with four members of the IRIDIAN team, including the team leader, Mauricio. The team was always available to answer questions and provide support. The results of the project were extremely beneficial for the pet care company, providing them with valuable insights into their sales data.
