The company also undertook a mobile app development project for Tinsa, a real estate valuations company. The app was developed in two native versions, one for Android and one for iOS, with two dedicated developers assigned to each platform. Iphonedroid was recommended for the project, and their reasonable pricing stood out among the proposals received. The project, which started in April 2016, is ongoing, with the first version delivered in June 2016 and the sixth version currently in development. The initial version cost around €18,000 euros, while subsequent versions with fewer functionalities cost around €12,000.

Another project by Iphonedroid was the web and app development for Madrid's Light Metrorail System. The first project involved developing a mobile app offering information services to users. The second project integrated the company's web platforms with their contact form and application. Currently, they are redesigning the company's user relations through channels like smartphones and social networks. The projects, which started around 2010, have various costs: the first one cost around €40,000, the second cost €150,000, and the third cost €30,000. Iphonedroid is still providing maintenance and adding features and improvements to the websites.
