IPH Technologies Pvt Ltd was hired by a Los Angeles-based event and location networking platform to develop a robust MVP mobile app. The startup company, run by two co-founders, had spent up to two years designing the platform and sought to outsource the development of the actual product. IPH Technologies was tasked with building a native IOS mobile app that incorporated four main navigation features: tagging, calendars, geo-fencing, and messaging. Additionally, they developed a backend dashboard. The project was executed in an agile fashion, with the client providing designs for each phase and IPH Technologies developing them accordingly. The client was in constant contact with the project manager and the front-end and back-end developers. The vendor was selected through Upwork, following a recommendation from a trusted developer friend. The team's ability to effectively develop each phase of the design was highly appreciated.
