Highlights from Recent Projects
iPF Softwares partnered with Flying Dream Company Ltd., an agricultural business development service provider, to design and develop a digital platform. The platform, powered by AI, was designed to strengthen relationships among investors by providing preliminary information, market, and financial services for users. The platform aimed to facilitate the exchange of information between smallholder farmers, financial institutions, and potential investors. The partnership, which began in October 2021, was ongoing at the time of reporting. The CEO of Flying Dream Company Ltd. expressed satisfaction with the services provided by iPF Softwares.
In a project with Tanzania Securities Limited, iPF Softwares was contracted to design a new Fund Management System. The system was intended to replace the company's existing Excel-based operations and client database. iPF Softwares was selected for the project due to their experience, value for money, and efficient communication. The project began with a Joint Application Design session at Tanzania Securities' offices. Over time, iPF Softwares developed the Business Requirement Specification document and the Software Design Specification document. The design of the system was shared with Tanzania Securities via Adobe XD.
iPF Softwares worked with Palladium Group, an innovation donation program, to develop an open-source platform. The platform was designed to serve as an open listing of innovation ecosystem stakeholders. It allowed organizations to register and map their solutions or organizations around their area of work. The platform also visualized data on the innovation ecosystem of Tanzania, with plans to scale to other countries. The project spanned from September 2020 to February 2021. iPF Softwares was lauded for their technical understanding, project management skills, and knowledge of various stakeholders. The Palladium Group expressed interest in retaining iPF Softwares for their expertise and ability to maintain long-term projects.
